aside from english, I can speak mandarin, cantonese, teo chew and japanese. ngl, my cantonese is turning **** because I don't use it u.u

That's awesome! I spent almost two years in South Korea and regret not learning the language >.<. Now I'm kinda torn between learning Japanese and Swedish lol.

Teo chew is the primary language spoken in my home so it was a natural thing, like English. Mandarin was partially spoken at home, and partially learnt at chinese school between the ages of 4-9, Cantonese was completely learnt at Chinese school from 5-10 (which is why it's so bad because I only learnt and used it in a classroom setting). Japanese was about 3 years of study to get to fluency, I went to japan very often and keep in touch with my friends there everyday.
