without a development/staging server running xenforo I can't develop an add-on so adjusting templates is the best we've got right now. if you've got a better implementation im all ears, im pretty new to xenforo and would love to learn

there are only so many colors you can use though, if the particular shade you want isn't an HTML color you're kinda just SOL

3. just pick a color you can read from any skin then not every color will look amazing but like, my orange is pretty easy to read from each of the skins. as long as it's not too bright/dark and isnt overly saturated it should be ok. besides if people are bothered too much by colors they can disable it, and if a color is completely unreadable staff shud be asking them to change it anyways :J
