No Greninja in Pokkén Tournament/DX? Why?

I'm just wanting to know why you think Japanese video game developer Bandai Namco Studios has never actually included Greninja, including as a playable battle Pokémon, in Pokkén Tournament, including both its Wii U and deluxe Switch version.

It is strange, for sure. I'd say it's because he's already in Smash but Lucario is already in so who knows? Maybe Greninja would just have a playstyle too fast and light for Pokken, IDK.
