Personality: hes really brave, and would do anything for his friends. But he is reckless at times. Sometimes going into battle without thinking things through. But he has a big heart aswell. He also gets nervous at times.
History: he was born and raised at Team Rocket's Base. He preformed a few thefts before being sent to be tested on, they did cruel experiments on him, making him no longer just a plain Electric Type, but a Electric/Dark Type.
