Well, see, that's also a problem as well. It's hard to force your body to fall asleep. It kind of just needs to happen naturally. Like I'm able to fall asleep right away nowadays since my body's adapted to a very stable sleep schedule, so it knows when it should be getting sleepy and start shutting down and ****.
I fall asleep pretty easily most of the time. If I don’t it’s typically because I have something in my mind in which case I just think about breathing to keep my mind off of it and that usually knocks me out pretty quickly.
