What's Your favorite playable character design?

We've seen lots of playable characters in the franchise. most of them don't have any personality or character traits, And because of that, we're looking at their design and design only. Which one looks the best? Which one connect with you the most?
You can make a countdown if you want.
My favorite has to be hilbert from bw. Looking at him remind me a lot of myself.

I like Kris' design from Pokémon Crystal. Rosa's is nice and cute too. As for males, I don't care most of them, but I'm quite fond of Ethan.

my favourites are Rosa (B2W2), and Dawn (Platinum), i really love those designs. I also like Serena's design (XY), though with character customization it doesn't really matter :p

as for boys' designs my favourites are Ethan (HGSS) and Lucas (Platinum).

I really love Nate's design from Pokemon B2W2 cause his design just looks really cool imo! I might be a bit biased though since it's my favorite game >.>

For the girls though...uh I guess I'd say Dawn from DPPT and Hilda from BW? I'm not really 100% on which I prefer though

I adore Dawn's design, she has such a super cute outfit, and I love all the colours used in her colour scheme. I also really like Serena and May. For males, I like Hilbert and Calem's designs.

Dawn has a really nice design, I think she's the best. I also like Serena's outfit, she's looks very chic and elegant.

As for the boys, I'm not particularly fond of any of them, though Red and Ethan are very cool-looking.

Red's pretty well-designed and I like Calem as well, but the guys tend to be a little boring sadly.
I like Hilda, Selene, Serena, Dawn, and Elaine's a cute character too.

I love Hilbert’s design. He really looks like he lives in a New York inspired area. The fact we share the same hair color helps too.

my favs are absolutely dawn (platinum) and rosa. i love dawn’s platinum color scheme and rosa has such a modern day new york yet fantastical look with the sailor moon esque hairstyle and athletic clothing.

i can’t remember the last time i played as a boy, but i really like nate, gold (hgss), and calem

My favorite is Hilbert. I really like the design of his outfit because it's close to something I'd actually wear in real life.

Female designs in my opinion are usually better. Not that the male designs are bad, they just tend to be very plain... Both the male and female default outfits in XY were plain, but designed with customization in mind.

For me it's Hilbert (BW) and Rosa (B2W2). I also like the OGs Red, Blue and Green/Leaf but that can just be nostalgia talking lol.

The most beautiful of the beauties would be Hilda and Serena. The former for her more grounded yet attractive look (looking like something I’d actually wear!), while the latter is elegant and chic. I also have some nostalgia for Kris, and the girl from Sword and Shield has potential.

I’m afraid I’m more ambivalent to the males, but Gold (I refuse to call him Ethan) and Hilbert are one of the better ones out there!

To this day, I still don't think anything tops Brendan's character design in Pokemon Emerald for the male protags.

For the female protags, probably Dawn.
